Owner/Broker Opie Balch is very active in the community. Opie is a Past President of the Huntsville Area Association of Realtors, member of Better Business Bureau, Chamber of Commerce, Madison Station Historic Preservation Commission, Madison Station Historic Society, Huntsville Board of Realtors, Alabama Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors and many other community activities.
Associate Broker Ashley Blackwell has 23 years of corporate experience, MBA and marketing/social media expertise. Ashley joined Opie Balch Realty in 2015. She has also earned the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation – a designation that only 2% of Realtors hold! Ashley is a member of the Huntsville Board of Realtors, Alabama Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors and very involved in supporting Madison City Schools.
